Subject: Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers

Description: The Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) is a National Organization with over 100 chapters across the country dedicated to advancing the academic and professional growth of Asian heritage scientists and engineers. We do so by hosting various professional development, advocacy, social, and outreach events on the University of Chicago campus.

SASE represents all pan-Asian cultures and connects students nationwide to support each other’s growth. Most importantly, we are the only student organization that caters to Asian scientists and engineers. While there are many organizations that celebrate Asian cultures, we will do so in addition to developing our members’ academic and professional success.
