Restorative Yoga workshops help ease tension and melt your worries away, plus teach you skills to practice ongoing self-care. During the workshop, we use props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets to help you relax into several Restorative Yoga postures that are held for several minutes at a time. We use mindful breathing and meditation techniques that are sure to leave you calmer and more grounded than when you walked in the door.This list will send updates about upcoming Restorative Yoga workshops and events.
