Subject: Pediatric Nephrology in a Small Group Setting

Description: The purpose of this listserv is to connect Pediatric Nephrologists who are practicing in solo or small group practices. We hope it provides a place for these Pediatric Nephrologists to reach out with questions and answers to the unique clinical and administrative dilemmas that come up in the day to day functioning of small nephrology divisions. The goals for this listserv are to provide a means of communication for Pediatric Nephrologists who work in these settings to support and mentor each other, help find solutions to these unique challenges, and share ideas about how to provide optimal clinical care in smaller practice settings. We hope this dialogue helps participants achieve greater career satisfaction, and fosters collaboration in our pursuits of clinical excellence, as well as quality and research initiatives.
