Subject: Creating the lab listserv account for communication for lab business and ARC

Description: I am trying to make a lab listserv to communicate between the lab and Animal Resource Center (ARC). Those were instructions from ARC.

Choose a Hotline Mailing List as this will allow you to set the membership (who receives emails) but still allows people outside the group (like ARC) to email to the group.
Make sure you that the ‘Sending/Receiving Setup’ (found under list config) has the reply address set to “all.” This lets people not on the listserv be included when replying to group messages.
Add all lab members who you wish to receive the emails as “subscribers” and ensure there are at least two “owners” of the listserv, so that the list can be updated when lab members leave and join the lab.
