Subject: Neuroscience Postdoc Seminars

Description: The Neuroscience Postdoc Seminars mailing list receives announcements and news about events and seminars promoted by the Neuroscience Institute at the University of Chicago as part of an effort to consolidate and strengthen the neuroscience community on campus.

Our goals include:
- to familiarize with research carried out at the Institute as well as the expertise present on our campus;
- to help Post-docs and Staff Scientists to meet peers on campus and promote their professional networking as well as possible collaborations between labs in the Neuroscience Institute, contributing to building a neuroscience community across departments;
- to provide a friendly, professional environment to present personal research, rehearse talks, and get valuable feedback from peers.
