Subject: List host for excavating or digging requests on campus

Description: Good afternoon,
We are looking for list host to manage requests by internal/external entities for digging or excavating on campus. These requests need to be reviewed by several users within Facilities Services, as well as IT Services, EH&S, etc. A listhost with the required subscribers will help manage the process and make sure nothing is overlooked when the request is submitted (electrical, steam pipes, ComEd, Peoples Gas, IT Services networking, etc.).
